We accept your queue of the desired bag you want on first-come-first-served-basis. Simply send us an email and indicate which bag you want and how long you like to have it. We will inform you the tentative waiting time.

Technically, yes, since Luxe Smith's pieces are shared among our members. However, we are meticulous with our collection. We keep all of the items we offer in top shape, putting each one through a thorough cleaning and inspection. Each package is also hand-packed, so we can be sure the handbag you choose reaches you in like new or pristine condition.

The current 7-day rental fees are outlined in detail on the site.

The Certified Authentic tag is your assurance that the item you've received is 100% authentic. It must remain attached to the item you've borrowed while you inspect it, and if you return the item. You will not receive a refund if you return the item without the Certified Authentic tag. Rest assured that the tag will be inconspicuous.

When you login to your Luxe Smith account you will find your My Account Dashboard where you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information. With the My Account Dashboard you will find various links to view or edit your account information.

Login to your Luxe Smith account and click on the Edit icon in My Account > Contact Information. Update your email address and then click save.

To reset your password, click on “Forgot Your Password“ on the Login In page. On the following page, please enter your email address. You will receive a link in your email to reset your password.

Normal wear and tear are acceptable. Inform us as soon as you can for us to assess the repair/servicing cost due to dirt, break or damages. Product replacement cost will be charged if the damages is beyond repair to its intended state/condition. Replacement fee is based-on the demand, the requisition, its condition and it's value at our store. If the bag is lost, product replacement fee will be charged to you.

Luxe Smith absorbs all shipping costs and deliver it to your doorstep for orders >$150, otherwise flat fee of $25. Delivery can be made within 72 hours after the order is confirmed; you will be inform of the delivery schedule. Returns are free for all rentals.

You will receive a SMS alert or phone call from us one day before the due date. Simply reply to our SMS of your preference time, and we will pick it up at you doorstep absolutely FREE!

Once Luxe Smith receives your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once the item is shipped you will receive it within 1-3 business days with our free standard shipping option. Yes, your billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to. In some instances. Luxe Smith may ship to a non-billing address once a history has been established with the Customer, however, if your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

Currently, we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses.

No. Since the address validation is perfomed on the customer creating the user account, this option is not available at this time.

There is no time limit for leasing. As long as your account remains in good standing, the frequency of handbag rotation is up to you. Your credit card will automatically be charged 48 hours after the end of the initial rental term to allow for returns. Your rental period begins the day you receive your handbag. If you rent a handbag for a week, the week starts counting the day that your bag was delivered to the shipping address specified by you. We send all customers a reminder email and/or SMS notifying them of their return date 1 day before the item is due.

Bags can be purchased based on our valuation price. However we may at times disallow the sale of a particular bag due to its availability and popularity. Just email us at and we will revert with the decision and quotation.

We accept VISA or MASTERCARD payable by Stripe secure payment gateway. Payment information though Stripe are protected by Stripe website without exposing your information to merchant.

Customers may lease up to two (2) handbags at the same time once a history has been established with Luxe Smith.

Item rental, sales tax (where required) and optional expedited shipping fees will occur on the date the order is placed. Item renewals will be charged 48hrs after the renewal date of a new term to allow for shipping if items are being returned.

Rental time does not start until the item is delivered to your door. You are entitled to keep the item for as many days as it was ordered. As an added convenience, we send all customers a reminder email and/or SMS notifying them of their return date 1 day before the item is due.

Luxe Smith reserves the right to ask for a deposit and/or limit the number of items that a customer may rent at any time and/or to require the return of any or all rented items in a customer's possession in the event customer fails to make required payments on time or in the event other factors arise which, in our sole discretion, increase the risk of non-timely payment by you. The current monthly rental rates are outlined in detail on the Site. Deposits will be refunded once Luxe Smith's property has been returned and cleared of damage or can be put towards another rental upon the customers request.

As we are registered and based in Singapore, all services are available to members residing in Singapore. 

For any refunds for returned items, please allow 2-3 business days after the item has arrived at Luxe Smith for us to inspect and process the return. Following inspection and processing, a refund will be issued. You can generally expect it to post withing 1-2 business days. However, refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management
